Installation fails on v2.6 when populating SQL database.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download Clipbucket v2.6 STABLE
2. Install every module except PHPshield (Which is optional)
3. Continue installation.  = Fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected the install to work when I have all permissions chmod 777, all 
modules etc.  

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using v2.6 stable.
Mac OS X 10.8.5 Server

Please provide any additional information below.
Error message: 
"INSERT INTO video.cb_action_log 
(action_type,action_username,action_userid,action_useremail,action_ip,date_added
,action_success,action_details,action_userlevel,action_obj_id,action_done_id) 
VALUES ('login','admin','','','192.168.1.1','2013-10-29 02:22:28','no','User 
Doesn’t Exist','','','')
Incorrect integer value: '' for column 'action_userid' at row 1"

Crashes on the "Site Settings" tab of the install screen.
