Mass Uploader bug with categories

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload by ftp files on files/mass_uploads
2. Enter on Upload Video
3. Select or not select category for all videos list (default isn't used on 
mass uploader)
4. Press upload video doesn't enter on site.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected: All upload finished
 but I received for every video listed:

Unable to upload "Video test 1"
Please select at least 1 category
You cannot select more than 4 categories

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I'm using cb 2 from your arvixe web hosting.

Please provide any additional information below.

Clipbucket version 2.6, with or without categorization mass_uploader doesn't 
works.
