Captcha not working due to back door #450

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Changed captcha fonts to non OCR fonts
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The registration bots still get in even though I have changed the fonts or 
remove the fonts all together so there is not any captcha displayed and they 
still manage to register fake members 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.6 hosted on TMD Hosting
