Browse Video button is not enabled #463

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When I click upload videos

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The browse video button is not visible on the UI 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
clip bucket2.0.7 stable in CEntos 5.7
