Users cannot edit video #503

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am a regular user in a video sharing website with clipbucket v 2.6. 
2. I click on My Videos
3. In Manage Video part, I click edit to edit a video that I have already 
posted. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect to see an editing page, but it shows only a blank page. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Clipbucket v 2.6 on x64 windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.

That's our problem which is really annoying :).

Can you install 2.7 on your local machine and try it?

Thanks for the reply. To tell the truth, we don't have a chance to install 2.7, 
unfortunately :/. In fact, admin can edit videos but registered users can not. 
Do you have another possible solution, please?

Actually we managed to install 2.7 but now our uploaded videos cannot be 
converted. It keeps saying "processing" but no result :/.

ClipBucket 2.7 has no such issues and works fine. You should check if FFMPEG 
and MP4Box are working correctly and their paths are not wrong because that is 
mostly what causes your issue.
