Video Categories Thumb Issue #506

When click on View Thumb Button in Video Categories it's show us Category thumb 
but after that it's never gone and still display

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go In admin area and then Manage Categories Page
2. Click on any existing category view thumb button
3. http://prntscr.com/6cwsjt

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
