Video Custom Thumb Issue #510

When upload thumb in embed upload or remote play in big size it's never set it 
as per clipbucket default thumb size and disturb template.
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload video via embed or remote play
2. upload thumb in big size

4. http://prntscr.com/6cxnef

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
