Disable Submit Now button until video has finished uploading? #527

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to video uploading page 
2. Upload a video
3. And see the uploading button. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Changed state: Fixed
