meta description video not is info video but description site #547

The meta description tag when viewing a video is currently the meta description 
dela home page. When viewing a video must coioncidere with the description of 
the video appropriately resized if it exceeds the maximum size

This also applies to the meta keywords for both channels and users. All 
management of page titles, meta description and keywords must be dynamic
