Names of publication files are not uniform and are not lower-case #14

Currently we have 2014_ASE_ghilrr.md and 2014_CAV_SMACK.md. First of all, I think they should all be lower-case, and so it should be 2014_cav_smack.md.

Second, for our old website I used conference name + first letters of last names of authors as "key". I guess we could switch to conference name + keyword for our keys. As long as it is uniform.

We'll be going through papers one-by-one, which is when this will get fixed.
