Unable to extract file #112

I was told by a video that I am to install this in order to jailbreak my PS Vita. I don't know a whole lot about this stuff but I am unable to extract the file like I was informed to do in the video. In the video I saw it worked just fine. Unfortunately, it doesn't work when I attempt. I'm not 100% sure as to what the issue is but I hope it is eventually figured out or maybe I'm doing something wrong. Any & all help or maybe explanation would be appreciated.

I'm new here and new to hacking the Vita, I been experiencing the same issue @soarqin I'm about to sell my vita if I can't hack it please help.
