Unable to update firmware to 3.65 #72

I have added the correct firmware .PUP file to the same dir. And restarted the PC, Vita, and FinalHE but "Let's GO!" is disabled. Tried with 1.92, 1.81, and 1.8. Did I miss a step? See screenshot:

Thanks!

@tbeseda Did you ever figure this out? I'm having the same issue trying to upgrade from 3.63 to 3.65

tbeseda commented 4 years ago

@calc1f3rr I din't 😐 I might try again later this week and will update if I have any progress.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find a solution?

Disable firmware spoof and disconnect from Wifi(to prevent online update check) before trying to update.

Looking at the same problem today. Tried turning on wifi, turning off wifi, DNS spoof, turning on flight mode, off flight mode, and formatted Vita - all to no avail. Same as @Dr-Douchebag and @tbeseda , no luck trying to go from 3.63

The lets go doesn't do the update, that's only enabled when compatible fw is installed. Vita should state firmware update required, click okay, then via usb, it should state firmware update 3.65 on the vita, click next go to the end of the EULA and off you go. The other issues people may have are an incorrect update filename PSP2UPDAT.PUP is what worked for me.

I ended up updating to 3.65, then went along and downgraded to 3.60 afterwards using modoru. That worked for me.
