Unimplemented event code #99

I've tried running on an old (close to day one) ps vita (firmware 3.67) Both on linux and windows 10, it fails just after tapping "OK" (see output below). While on the psvita I see "Please wait..." After that, "The PC has been disconnected". I've double check my ID and pass are correct.

On linux I'm able to get the output:

So I was running on an invite psn account. Restored psvita and linked true psn account from first boot solved the issue
