Transfer crates.io name langchain to this project #286

Hello LLM chain maintainers!

Early in when the langchain stuff got started, I got time to potentially work on a rust implementation of the ideas in langchain through my company. Obviously this is no longer the case.

I'd like to transfer the lanchain name on crates.io to this project if you'd be open to receiving it.

Definitely open to :). I've accepted your invite on Crates.io. Do you have any particular concerns around existing users or anything along those lines that we should be aware of.
