TASK: Create new issues

Description:

There are several algorithms/data-structures that are mentioned there is the README.md file but has not been implemented.

For few of them issues has already been created.
For few of them the algorithm is available but the README.md table doesn't include them.
For few PRs has been opened.
And there are many famous and common algorithms that are not even mentioned in the README.md

TASK:

I want someone to add more algorithms in the README.md file
Want to add new issues for the missing algorithms.

NOTE:

Before creating issue do confirm if the algorithm actually doesn't exists in particular langauge
Before creating the issue check if the actuall issue and the PR is not created for the same

This issue is not for assignment. But yeah let it be. I'm assigning you all. Please open up those issues, that are not yet been implmented/issued or PRed.
