There are also a few changes from the localisation tags, which I decided based on history/looking at the map in-game
Konstantiniyye -> Istanbul was being used from 1750 onwards
Pommerellen -> Westpreussen (Pomerelia was not as common once Prussia took this region)
Preussen -> Ostpreussen
Polish voivodeships are in nominative case now (Płock instead of Plockie)
Podlasie renamed to Siedlce because it wasn't Podlasie...
Zakaspiya renamed to Transcaspia (it's not Russian at game start)
Kowno renamed to Kaunas (the region was majority lithuanian? idk it felt sad they don't have at least 1 region in Lithuanian)
Kiev region named Kyiv to match the province (slava ukrajini)
Added accents wherever I could remember they are supposed to be
