Feature Request: Add 'Extra' field to cloze note type #36

Hi,

To add the "Extra" field to the "TiddlyRemember Cloze v1" note type similar to the default Anki's "Cloze" note type would be very useful to add extra information to the cards.

Noted, this is a good idea. I would be happy to take PRs for this and offer tips on how to do note type upgrades, etc., if needed.

Dear @sobjornstad, would you please? I am heads over heels in love with your plugin but your standard note types don't match all my needs and TiddlyRemember has unleashed many ideas for new note types, especially regarding language learning.
