Better error message if wiki file/folder doesn't exist #68

A traceback error message here is ugly and scares users, and it isn't obvious what the problem is from looking at it. Even I sometimes don't realize it's that the wrong path was selected for a couple of minutes.

Looks like I fixed this at some point and forgot to close this.
