Summary Implement very simple functionality to re-map audio channels (e.g. left channel to left+right channel, swap channels, etc.)

What are the options for multiple arbitrary channel tracks ala reel tracks here? Thinking that for OTIO and other contexts that support it, markers on the appropriate tracks or adjustments etc., it would be applicable to N.1 systems?
