Summary Olive reimplements 0.1.x's feature of loading fragment shaders with XML metadata, however this is probably not the best approach moving forward (the XML metadata adds a layer of complexity to installation and translation).

XML shader infrastructure removed in fb625cb76ecb919674f71f02c44a722f80b320e7, now awaiting in-app shader node.
