[TODO] Spawn extra viewers #115

General TODO Summary The user can attach viewer nodes anywhere in the graph, but it's not yet possible to spawn another widget to display it.

Additional Information / Notes Should be relatively simple code similar to the infinitely spawnable FolderPanels and TimelinePanels.
