[x] Need messages sent for every AppGroup update, so that other apps can be immediately aware of the change, and respond appropriately.
[x] These new messages will also allow for each app observing changes in currentItem / knowing when to update their local understanding of currentItem.
[x] Which in turn will give a sensible point to fire widget updates from.
[x] Also should do it on change of current visit's place assignment
