turn massflash livecd into an appliance

Description

@MatthewCroughan had a great idea about leveraging the massflash livecd as an appliance with a nice TUI. After seeing how it was leveraged by volunteers during 20x I would agree this is a good approach going forward.

@kylerisse had a great idea of leveraging https://github.com/charmbracelet/bubbletea to create the interface on top of massflash

Acceptance Criteria

• Allow for a TUI interface to default during the livecd boot of massflash
• Include sane defaults for the livecd so setup is minimal to zero
