Description

Template out the description section of lldpd: https://github.com/socallinuxexpo/scale-network/blob/c675dc28ef38a784440c66bf1a1f9c9ef687b4ec/openwrt/files/etc/config/lldpd#L16

It should identify the AP hardware model: Belkin RT3200, Netgear 3800,etc instead of the architecture type. This way when troubleshooting its clearest to the troubleshooter whats connected to what

Acceptance Criteria

lldpcli show neighbors contains the model of AP

Would still be nice to have it be the model name instead of the arch

Im going to remove the SCaLE21x tag since I believe that the existing partial work is sufficient for the show
