we'll be moving the hypervisor to kvm in an effort to unify the configuration of the hosts and the vms.

Most of this work was done at the work party 1/13/24-1/14/24

working nixos kvm host configuration for hypervisor physical hosts (non nixos VMs)
microvm (utilizing qemu) for nixos VMs
