Details:

Proposers and speakers should be able to associate or link an OpenID
identity with their simplecfp identity.  Once this is complete they would
login using the OpenID identity.  

Reason:

This would allow speakers and proposers to login without remembering yet
another set of credentials.

I'm going to close out this issue.  It probably doesn't make sense now that we 
dont have end users logging in scalereg for surveys and speaker proposals.
