A way of limiting the number of attendees at a particular event

Summary: I still haven't figured out if it's possible for attendee's to
register for an event specifically with this system, but if there is - it
would be nice to be able to limit the number of people on a particular event.

Fixed in r379. The limit is per ticket type. If you want to limit the number of 
tickets sold for all ticket types combined, add your own custom code.
