Proposer only able to submit on behalf of one speaker

We received a call from a PR company today that was submitting sessions on 
behalf of 10~ speakers.  The agency rep however indicated that our system 
only allowed a proposer to be tied to a single presenter.  As a result she was 
unable to submit the remaining sessions.  

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- A proposer should be able to submit on behalf of any number of speakers.  
This is common for PR agencies.

I don't like it, but ok. I guess not all email servers support sub-addressing 
like Gmail.
