Summary: speakers should be able to update their photo and bio

Details:

Each year we get a number of speakers who want to update their photo and bio, 
after their session is accepted.  Right now it seems they need to email staff 
to have this done.  This is especially an issue for repeat speakers who are 
stuck with an old photo / bio.
