Stats ListQuestions are misreported if two questions have the same answer #32

If question 1 and question two both list "No" as a response, the results seem to get combined and throw off the stats in the dashboard view.

We were able to fix this by changing the answers to be unique across questions.

There seems to be similar issue for the TextAnswers as well when more than one attendee responds with the exact same text.

by the way I noticed this same issue occurs for the "Where did you hear about SCALE?" question for SCALE 14x, so should be verifiable there too.
