Quill version support #10

This table is so cool but is this only support quill 2.x?

@pfctluke Yes. Only support quill 2.x. I think quill 2.x is easier to create nested dom constructure than quill 1.x. But quill 2.x had no release version for a long time now, I'm worrying about this Status of quill.
