Update Passports Display #18

Scope

The game allows players to have several passports from different countries. Adn the amount of emmited CO2 is tied a passport. Currently there is no way to know at glance how much CO2 was emmited from a specific passport other than open them one by one.

Deliverables

Come up with solution and implement improved visuals for passport covers. As one suggestion, you can display Produced/Locked values right on the cover, so it will be easier to select passport you want. Other option would be to color the whole cover(or portion of it) based on the amount of CO2 emmited, i.e. high amount = red, moderate - yellow, low = green.

I'd say this is optional for now. I like the idea but we have more important things to deliver for the EthBerlinZwei simulation.
