Originally we wanted automatic continuous integration. Given the time constraints, that turned out to be difficult though. After talking to @vrde and @troggy, we came up with this temporary solution presented in this PR. It allows everyone that has the credentials to quickly deploy to an S3 bucket and update the app.
For ETHBerlinZwei and CCCamp19, we should, of course, have actual CI using e.g. travis-ci
