Update the dashboard for EthBerlinZwei / CCCamp #78

Scope

The dashboard that was used for the Ethereum meetup worked well, but it could use some improvements to make it work even better in the new context
We now have 6 teams, 3 for each event, each identified by a color
We want these teams to compete, so we need to group stats by team and label players

Deliverables

Update the dashboard with these new functionalities:

group by team
show avatars and team colors
display a breakdown by team for the global CO₂ levels
add the total amount of Göllars circulating in the economy at any given point
maybe show a leaderboard for the one metric that we use to give out prizes, if we have such a metric
maybe show a twitter wall with live updates
