Multi Language Support

There are many possibilities:

• Browser extensions for site translation
• translation in the backend using deepl, could be behind a feature flag
• language detection in the frontend
• translation by users

At least for static strings, we could use Weblate. Not sure how good the translation would work on user-defined strings however

For the UI, an option is to use po-files and Transifex for community translations
