Consider adding a tabular version of the data list #33

For instance, the following (inspired by the ACRE guide):

where of course the citations ("CEPR (2018)") are resolved in the "References" section of the README and/or the manuscript.

The data availability section would still need to provide more info on restricted datasets, and on all data that are sourced from elsewhere (URL or DOI if not included in the citation).
