CSS and HTML partial to show:

• [ ] Notifications icon with no notifications (no red number)

• [ ] Newsletter icon with no newsletters (no red number)

• [ ] Notifications icon with notifications (red number)

• [ ] Newsletter icon with newsletters (red number)

• Integrate these partials to the sidebar menu

• Integrate these partials to the header menu

The number should be an angularjs variable
