Config management for Assemblies, Campaigns and Working Groups

In the main menu, add a Assembly Settings Link that would take to a configurations management page This page should include:

• [ ] Listing all the existing configuration Keys and Values from the Assembly resource space, along with an explanation of purpose and potential values for each config key. (see endpoint for getting config definitions that will be modified in backend). Show first configuration variables with values, and then config keys that do not exist in the space yet but might have a value
• [ ] Listing the ongoing campaigns and allowing to show the configurations of these campaigns ( adding/updating new configurations( (using POST /space/:sid/config and PUT /space/:sid/config/:uuid)
• [ ] Same as campaigns for WG the user coordinates
