1) Hide the buttons “Published, Merged Private Amendment, and Merged Public Amendment” on the proposal status dropdown
(2) Hide “Create Amendment” from ideas.
(3) Every comment has the same date, namely, May 17, 2017. Can we get the comments to show the actual date when comment was made?
