B7. Add green label "Proposta Mãe" (in the same place we show "Fork" in proposal pages and cards) #1419

  1. Add green label "Proposta Mãe", I think it would be good to add it to better orient the user. When a fork is merged, the proposta mãe often will have the same title as the amendment. The only indication that it is not an amendment but a parent is indirect: the buttons in the status bar (e.g., Ver Emendas Criar Emendas). There is really no other indication that the user is on the parent proposal, and it is an indirect indication that may well not be all that obvious for inexperienced users.

We use an orange label "Emenda" below the amendment title (AppCivist) to make its status clear. I think we can simply use the same idea: when a parent proposal has an amendment, it (the parent) gets a label in green "Proposta Mãe" (“Parent Proposal” in English) below its title in AppCivist. That way, it will be clear and in parallel with the "signage" of its amendments. Without it, I fear that it will be somewhat difficult for users to not feel lost navigating the site.

=> Add green label "Proposta Mãe" (“Parent Proposal”) when parent proposal has an amendment. Place just below proposal title (following model of orange label “Emenda”).

This is done and will be available upon the next deployment.

One important point: if a proposal is both a fork but is also a forked by others, it will show both labels "Emenda" and "Proposta Mae", which would for sure create confusions @jamesholston
