Search contribution counter and translation issues #1422

  1. The count of the filter Rascunhos de Proposta is wrong. It shows (1) when there are in fact 13 proposals displayed with this filter. Note that it really should be Rascunhos de Proposta and not De Proposta.
  2. In the Working Group modal, the phrase “Outros Grupo” in the singular is incorrect in Portuguese. It should be “Outros Grupos de Trabalho” with Grupos in the plural.
