Debug permissions grants to the app #95

At least in android 8, the app does not have any permissions granted, and therefore photos and geolocation is not accessible.

@cdparra I replaced ngCordova with ionic-native, please check again if this still not working. Since now the app successfully asked for GPS permissions.
