Remove JavaScript from Saiba Mais #33

James: "Rui also told me that Saiba Mais (in the blue nav bar) has the same problem with Internet Explorer as Jogue Como. Thus, you should remove the javascript for both. I think it's the problem of explanding menus. Later, Jin can make a table of contents for Saiba Mais with links to go to each chapter."
