Develop export functions for DengueChat Data #972

Steps:

  1. Read the documentation and understand from which table the data to export will be read.
  2. Design and develop the interface to choose what data to export, what fields, etc.
  3. Develop the algorithm that reads from the database and exports the data in a CSV.
