Complete SetupActivity

To achieve a fully translated version, the newly implemented SetupActivitiy must be completed. Missing:

• Ask for current asylum step with different answer possibilities
• Save Language and step to SharedPreferences
• Navigate to HomeScreen after finishing entering data
