[Mobile App Feature]: Successor in the case of death

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

If the recipient designates a successor and passes away, the Social Income will be paid out to the designated person. If no successor is designated, the payments will stop altogether. This measure helps prevent complex situations that may arise in the event of a recipient's death and provides clarity in advance.

Therefore, we are adding a new field called "Successor" to the profile section in the mobile app. This will be implemented after #867 is merged and released, which introduces the corresponding field in the admin tool.
