Long entity key or entity key with unicode symbols couse a socialize issue #21

When someone, for example, posts comment for url of such format: http://www.uefa.com/memberassociations/association=esp/news/newsid=1683515.html?rss=1683515+F\U00e0bregas+strikes+again+as+Barcelona+halt+Valencia

Socialise web service will return error (401). That means problems with request signature.

This is the bug of OAuthConsumer library.

We updated OAuthConsumer library in the development branch. Issus will be closed with the next release.
