[Edge City] fix mobile view for customized schedule #127

a few issues w.r.t this link (co-branded week view). https://edgeesmeralda.sola.day/event/edgeesmeralda/schedule?date=2024-06-10

  1. The cobranding looks good on the web browser but the dates automatically switch to Friday 06-07 for tablet or mobile mode.
  2. Mobile UI is not navigable...makes it hard to view the schedule & doesn't show co-branding.
