[Edge City] Update dinner description to be more accurate #172

One of the weekend attendees thought the current description meant they couldn't join the Sunday dinner

Maybe change to something like:

You don't need to RSVP for dinners! Dinners are covered by Edge Esmeralda for non-resident tickets.
