Set up email properly so it doesn't go into Spam folders #359

I have requested that we are moved out of Sandbox mode in SES (Simple Email Service) https://docs.aws.amazon.com/ses/latest/DeveloperGuide/request-production-access.html?icmpid=docs_ses_console

This will then allow the app to send emails from info@socialsensing.com and they will be verified by DKIM so they don't go to SPAM.

Set up for dev but not production or test. As this won't work until AWS remove the 'sandbox' restriction on SES.

AWS have initially denied, pending more information. I have sent the additional information to them,
